The reflections are drawn from private 1:1 hypnotherapy work conducted over time. They reflect changes observed across multiple sessions, where subconscious patterns are addressed directly and the nervous sytem is given space to reorganise gradually.
Not only it helped me improve my focus...it also helped unearth my long suppressed grief of losing my childhood safe place ...It was cathartic, and freeing in a way that I have not felt for a long time.
Four years ago, I was facing consecutive losses and a devastating family issue that left me feeling unmoored. I was already in psychotherapy, but needed additional support to stay grounded while processing my grief.
I was introduced to sound therapy and hypnotherapy with Miza to help calm my anxiety. Her presence was anchoring, and the sessions helped me regain a sense of stability.
A few months later, I began hypnotherapy with her to improve my focus. Not only did it help with concentration, it also gently unearthed long-suppressed grief connected to losing my childhood sense of safety.
The process was cathartic and freeing in a way I hadn’t felt for a long time. It helped me navigate stress and challenges in my daily life with greater ease.

the ssession was exactly what i needed. it was peaceful and grounding, allowing me to deeply relax and disconnect from the outside world.
