Healing

Thirteen years of searching, practising, questioning and trying to understand everything… and lately, I’ve been wondering whether I need to understand any of it at all.

I exist in the “healing” space, and for the past couple of years i have been questioning the culture we’ve built around healing itself. I am not discounting those who actually, genuinely need healing ~ those who have to live with the aftermath of abuse, violence, trauma, betrayal, confusion, grief…all of that. I’ve witnessed souls break from those sort of experiences and I’ve also witnessed how they can somehow come out on the other end with an entirely different level of awa
